Payment integration has multiple dependencies on Payment gateway, bank and other underlying debit, credit card agencies etc. and hence, Consumer has to pay close attention while making any transaction securely. Here are the list of terms and condition from ZPay which is applicable to all the consumers pays online.

1. ZPay is not responsible for any wrong transaction made with unwanted details.

2. Payment may take 1 to 2 hours of time to reflect in renewal of subscription.

3. for owners of eCommerce module need to wait for reconciliation of their money at least for one week. Due to large product range, our team will send all payable money via Internet banking at once which consumer has paid against individual purchase.

4. There will not be any interest be paid for the duration ZPay will hold the money to its account on behalf of sellers.

5. Multiple failures while making transaction may end with locking the account of consumer for security reason. You may need to contact to us to unlock the account further.

6. ZPay tracks IP address & GEO location for security reason which can be used on legal action against any intentional hacking or tempering.

Any alternate flow to this payment system will be treated as the violation on payment integration. We will take strict legal action against any wrong practice. Standard legal action is inherited as per IT act.

There is no refund option given as its all for SaaS based subscription.
